Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapSana mobile application ("SnapSana", "the app"), operated by Bradley Hume Fischer, a self-employed individual (autónomo) based in Spain ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using SnapSana, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Not Medical Advice

SnapSana helps you record and organize blood pressure readings you capture yourself. It is a logging and tracking tool only — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your blood pressure or health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in this app.

2. No Account Required

SnapSana does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and for any backup of your data.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

SnapSana offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional features ("Pro"). The following terms apply to any subscription you purchase:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapSana only for its intended purpose of personal blood pressure tracking. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Your Content

You own the readings, notes, tags, and photos you create in the app. Because SnapSana stores this data locally and does not upload it to us, we have no access to it and no ability to recover it if it's lost outside of your device's own backup (see Privacy Policy, Section 7).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapSana is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of the camera-based reading extraction. You are responsible for verifying that logged readings match what your blood pressure monitor actually displayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSana and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on data logged in the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under those protections that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
